1. General violations
1.1. Improper registration
Using false identity information for registration and authentication (including but not limited to using or stealing someone else's phone number, identity information).
Account permanently banned.
1.2. Account theft
Stealing someone else's account information for bidding, applying for after-sales service, withdrawing balance, changing password and other behaviors.
Involving permanent account suspension, the buyer shall bear the corresponding account losses on their own.
2. Serious violations
2.1 Malicious industrial and commercial complaints
Malicious buyers, repeated industrial and commercial complaints, and providing false evidence, maliciously defrauding platforms.
Account permanently banned, depending on the severity of the situation, reserves the right to pursue legal responsibility.
2.2 False Evidence/False Returns
Falsification of after-sales evidence materials, including but not limited to video fraud, image fraud, and after-sales problem fraud.
The status of the product applied for return is inconsistent with the platform's outbound status, and the buyer cannot provide evidence to prove the unpacking situation.
For the first time, the platform has closed the bidding permission for accounts for a period of 30 days;
Second discovery, account permanently banned.
